The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has unveiled two groundbreaking initiatives to bolster sustainable tourism in alignment with the Singapore Green Plan 2030. The first, the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) Attraction Criteria, establishes the world’s inaugural global sustainability standard for attractions, offering guidelines for education, policy creation, and certification. It is clear this will have an effect on many choices of hotel accommodation in Singapore, including but not limited to places such as the Hotel 81 Princess.
