Tanah Lot Expected to Attract More Visitors in 2017 – Burgeoning Tourism in Bali

According to a recent online publication by the Seminyak Times, famed tourist attraction in Bali, the Tanah Lot Temple is expected to attract even more visitors this year. Last year alone, an estimated 3.5 million visitors were drawn to this ancient temple by the sea. This attraction in Tabanan can be reached from Denpasar, the island’s capital while those staying at a Bali hotel in Seminyak in this part of the island such as Alila Seminyak Bali, can also easily plan an excursion to the site. Manager of the Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction (DTW), Ketut Toya Adnyana, commented that he hoped that visitor numbers in 2017 would exceed that of the previous year with the possibility of the total reaching up to 4 million. As a means in which to draw more local and foreign visitors, what is known as the Tanah Lot Kreatif Food and Art Festival is scheduled to be held later this year.
