Thai Airways to restart key domestic services – Preparing for peak season

In anticipation of the peak season, Thai Airways is strategically utilizing a fleet of Airbus A320 planes to resume services on nine domestic routes until March 30. The reinstated schedule includes daily round-trip flights from Bangkok to key destinations such as Chiang Mai, Phuket, and Udon Thani. With a focus on enhancing connectivity, the airline is operating 56 weekly flights to Phuket, 35 to Chiang Mai, and 28 to Khon Kaen, contributing to increased accessibility for travellers, such as those staying in hotels near MBK Mall Bangkok, including the possibility of Pathumwan Princess Hotel..

This proactive approach aims to meet the growing demand for travel and provide more options for passengers during this bustling season, and with the strategic move came the introduction of 28 flights per week to Khon Kaen, 21 to Hat Yai, and 14 each to Krabi, Ubon Ratchathani, and Chiang Rai, with seven weekly flights to Narathiwat.
