Thailand has a greater potential in the MICE industry

MICE tourism is relatively a new tourism concept embraced by most of the countries in the world, and according to statistics, this approach has worked well for them. At a recent event organized by Avani Hotels & resorts, they highlighted the reasons why Thailand should also embrace this MICE tourism approach while also explaining to the crowd about the resources and facilities the country already has in it to facilitate the cause.

It was highlighted during this event that there are several Khon Kaen meeting venues that are not fully utilized for tourism activities. It was also revealed that properties the likes of Avani Khon Kaen Hotel & Convention Centre are more than ideal for world-class conventions, although only a few are aware of them in Thailand, and outside it as well.
