‘Thailand Pass’ Registration Eased for Tourists – Country Now Easier to Access

A welcome move to boost tourism, the ‘Thailand Pass’ registration process for tourists was made easier paving the way for more arrivals. This move which was approved by the Centre of COVID-19 Situation Administration in Thailand came into effect on 1st June 2022. As per the new protocols, international travellers need to still apply for a Thailand Pass online (https://tp.consular.go.th/) though only need to give details on their passport, a health insurance policy of at least US$10,000 and vaccination. Following this, they will be provided with a Thailand Pass QR code to use on their travels.

With Thailand offering quarantine-free holidays, tourists can now enjoy experiencing popular destinations once more including the island of Koh Samui; resorts here beside the beach like Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort provide the ideal coastal getaway for families, couples and independent travellers alike along with safe accommodation as well.
