Thailand Picks Up Tourism Showing Signs of Economy Recovery – Hope on the Horizon

Thailand’s tourism industry has shown a significant improvement with a steady recovery in 2023, and the Bank of Thailand says the economic growth can be 3.6% overall for the year. This year, the expected tourist arrivals for Thailand are set for 29 million according to the Bank of Thailand, and 35.3 million for 2024. Most restrictions effective until January 2023 due to the pandemic have been lifted, and Thailand welcomes more tourists who choose accommodations in Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, and Chiang Mai.
