Thailand’s Borders Fully Reopened

The month of October became a victorious one for Thailand as the country’s borders fully reopened for visitors. While like all other nations, Thailand too imposed restrictions on travel, the country slowly adapted to the changes implemented across the world following the process of normalising COVID-19. As a result, travellers who enter the country’s border are no longer required to present proof of vaccination. Therefore, if one wishes to visit SAii Phi Phi Island Village for a vacation, there will be no requirement for the above or to present ATK test results on arrival.

The announcement regarding the country’s border opening was made by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) which was undoubtedly a delightful piece of news for a Phi Phi Island resort or any lodging located in the country. Further, Thailand has also extended the period of stay in the country from 30 days to 45 days, which took effect on 1st October 2022, and will be valid until 31st March 2023.
