Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel hosted the 18th World Gourmet Festival from the 4th to the 10th of September 2017. The event featured 11 chefs from 8 countries; Italy to Portugal and from Australia to Japan who prepared a culinary feast. This week long event brought the best chefs, food experts and wine makers from around the world to participate and celebrate the most scrumptious cuisine and the best wines in the world! Some of the chefs in attendance in this Siam hotel in Bangkok was Guillaume Galliot from Four Seasons, Cristina Bowerman from Italian Glass Hostaria, Jason Tan from Corner House Singapore amongst others. These 1 or 2 Michelin stars chefs hosted two dinners at the Spice Market, Biscotti, Madison and Shintaro restaurants. The last day of the celebration ended with a World Gourmet Brunch hosted by Chef Bobby Chinn.
