The business of IP Asia Forum – The 8th edition takes place this December

In the business hub of Hong Kong, on the 6th and 7th of December this year, the Business of IP Asia Forum is scheduled to take place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition. This is the 8th edition of the forum organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) in collaboration with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Design Centre.

The forum will kick off with the theme ‘IP and innovation in the new socio-technological landscape’ this year. As many as 80 speakers from various parts of the world will be contributing with their knowledge at the forum. A competition called IPHatch, that involves converting IP in assets and coming up with innovative ideas that are advantageous to the IP ecosystem will be launched at the event. Somerset Victoria Park Hong Kong and other such serviced apartments in Causeway Bay will be ideal lodging options for those coming in from abroad since the venue is quite close by.
