The First Avani Hotel Makes Its Way to Sunshine Coast

Avani Hotels & Resorts is set to make its mark on the Sunshine Coast, the first of its kind to enter Queensland, Australia. The project is set to complete in 2025 and is sure to attract a massive number of tourists that eagerly await to book hotels online for a beachside getaway on the Sunshine Coast.

Featuring meeting and conference facilities, 180 rooms, 4 restaurants, a spa, bar, rooftop pool, kids’ club as well as an enchanting wedding venue, Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel is certain to make a lasting impression on the hearts of its visitors. Located close to the beach foreshore, the property will be designed by Cotte Parker Architects, while development will be headed by Kenneth Wagner at KPAT who was also instrumental in the completion of Oaks Toowoomba Hotel back in the year 2020. The construction of the new and highly anticipated Sunshine Coast property will commence in 2023.
