Bringing world-class jazz to Thailand, the annual Hua Hin Jazz Festival is being eagerly anticipated by local jazz lovers. This year’s event is set to place from 7th to 8th June, along a beach area that is around 16 minutes from Avani+ Hua Hin Resort. Popular not only for locals but tourists staying at a nearby resort in Hua Hin, the festival is expected to showcase some of the finest names in jazz.
If last year’s festival was anything to go by, those attending the Hua Hin Jazz Festival 2019 have much to look forward to be it performances by Thai or international artistes. The 2018 edition featured names such as Shakatak which is a British jazz-funk group, Nina Van Horn, a jazz-blues singer from France and American John di Martino, a classic jazz pianist. Another highlight was the performance by The Sound of Siam, a local band led by Koh Mr. Saxman, a renowned saxophonist in Thailand.
