The Maldives added to UK’s quarantine free travel list – Traveling freely again!

Uk Travellers can now visit the Maldives more conveniently and comfortably as they will no longer have to quarantine for 2 weeks upon return to the UK. According to the UK transport secretary Grant Shapps, the other countries on the travel corridors list include Denmark, Mykonos, and the Canary Islands.

Spending their summer vacations at a beach resort in Maldives has been a common practice among many UK travellers, and due to the COVID -19 pandemic outbreak, their plans had to halt in 2020. However, all resorts and villas in the Maldives the likes of Embudu Village are now open for guests, and they function adhering to all health and safety guidelines imposed by the WHO and local public health officials.
