The Maldives gets easier to visit

Time to travel again!

The Maldives is now open for international tourists, and travellers can even split their stays between different island resorts if they wish. According to this new announcement, travellers just have to submit the SS-1 Form via email to the Tourism Board of the Maldives at least 2 days before their scheduled travel date to the Maldives.

However, every beach resort in Maldives including the ones such as Embudu Village will have a greater part to do with this regard. They first need to ask for prior approval from the Maldives Ministry of Tourism to keep up with the split-stay procedures and should also receive a No-Objection form by the same at least 2 days before the visitors’ arrival. The ultimate objective of these policies is to safeguard the health of the locals and travellers, as per the reports.
