Thomas Barguil Appointed as General Manager at AVANI Seychelles

AVANI Seychelles Barbarons Resort & Spa, one of the leading luxury beach resorts in Seychelleshas a new General Manager. Thomas Barguil, with over 20 years’ experience in the high end hotel and resort industry across the globe has been appointed as the luxury resort’s latest GM and joined AVANI Seychelles in July 2015. He joined the AVANI resort in Seychelles with a challenging task up his sleeve of guiding the team in the resort’s first lead up to high season and beyond. He previously held the GM position heading a task force in Sri Lanka, taking care of the operations of the coastal escape of AVANI Kalutara Resort and the contemporary-designed AVANI Bentota Resort & Spa. He also held GM positions prior to that at Anantara Hua Hin Resort & Spa in Thailand.
