Ticketless fans may struggle for hotels during Qatar World Cup – Fans are urged to book tickets in advance

Qatar has come up with a portal to streamline the process for fans who plan on coming into the country for the FIFA World Cup scheduled to take place from the 21st of November to the 18th of December. The accommodation portal that was launched allows customers to book their tickets along with their accommodation in one go.

Serviced apartments in Doha, cruise ships, and many other accommodation options are available with rates starting from $80. Hotels like OAKS Al Najada Hotel Apartments Doha will be listed here for guests to select. With the introduction of this system, fans without tickets may not have a chance of booking their accommodation in time. The launch of the portal has already resulted in 17 million applications for the packages on offer.
