Travelling around Tokyo, especially using the city’s well-connected metro service, just got a whole lot easier. This is thanks to the launch of the ‘Tokyo Metro for Tourists’ navigation app on 30th August this year, which is geared towards tourists looking to explore the dynamic capital of Japan. It’s available free on both Google Play and the Apple App Store and it comes in six languages (English, Chinese, Spanish, French, Thai and Korean) making it ideal to use for a wide range of international travellers.
One of the advantages of using this app is that depending on the information you provide, it will recommend sightseeing spots and things to do, which will be very useful if you are new to the city. Of course, it also helps to find accommodation including hotels near Ginza, Tokyo which are near key subway stations. This includes the Ginza Metro Station, within walking distance of properties like lyf Ginza Tokyo at which travellers can enjoy experience-led social living and also use this new app for their sightseeing adventures.
