Sriyangani Dhanapala
Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts has appointed Sriyangani Dhanapala as the first female Resort Manager of Cinnamon Bentota Beach, marking a significant milestone for the group. In addition to being the first woman to hold this position, she is also one of the youngest Resort Managers within the organization. Her new responsibilities include overseeing all operations at the resort, ensuring exceptional service standards, and fostering guest satisfaction.
Expressing excitement about the new appointment, Johan Aschan, General Manager of Cinnamon Bentota Beach and Area Vice President for Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts Sri Lanka, welcomed Sriyangani to the team. Dhanapala herself expressed her honour in taking on the role, stating her eagerness to work with the talented team. Sriyangani’s leadership is anticipated to contribute to the resort’s growth and innovation, further cementing its reputation as a premier Sri Lanka luxury resort.
