Sriyangani’s Appointment : A New Milestone for Women in Leadership

Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts has appointed Sriyangani Dhanapala as the first female Resort Manager of Cinnamon Bentota Beach, marking a significant milestone for the group. In addition to being the first woman to hold this position, she is also one of the youngest Resort Managers within the organization. Her new responsibilities include overseeing all operations at the resort, ensuring exceptional service standards, and fostering guest satisfaction.

Expressing excitement about the new appointment, Johan Aschan, General Manager of Cinnamon Bentota Beach and Area Vice President for Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts Sri Lanka, welcomed Sriyangani to the team.
