Tourism Authority of Thailand Upgrades Mobile Apps for Tourists – An Innovative Travel Partner

Innovative and versatile, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) recently upgraded its official mobile apps Amazing Thailand and Tourism Thailand in a move to enhance the visitor experience; be it shopping, sightseeing, corporate travel or dining. The Amazing Thailand mobile app operated in the English-language is dedicated to enabling tourists to locate attractions, arrange tours as well as find dining and accommodation options. When it comes to places to stay there are plenty to choose from be it a city hotel or a service apartment in Bangkok such as the centrally located Anantara Baan Rajprasong Bangkok Serviced Suites. Similarly, the Tourism Thailand app operated in the Thai language offers an array of services with information on upcoming events and popular attractions. Boasting cutting-edge features such as GPS, maps and 360 VR images of the attractions, the apps enable users to locate a certain destination and gain relevant details about it. These data can also be shared via email and other social media platforms. The Amazing Thailand app also features the “Speak Thai” option which translates certain English words into Thai enabling tourists to conveniently communicate with locals.
