Tourism “Celebrate Colombo” with Amazing Rides at CFW 2015

The tourism industry of Sri Lanka has seen a growth of 16.7% by February 2015. The marketing initiatives taken by the Tourism Bureau have been a key role in attracting the tourist to the stunning isle of Sri Lanka and to its busy commercial capital Colombo. One such initiative to power the biggest fashion event in the country the Colombo Fashion Week; this year the glitz and glamorous event was hosted under the theme “Celebrate Colombo”.

Those who visited the isle had the opportunity to explore the capital with a renowned provider of Sri Lanka tours, and a leading name in the tourism industry- Walkers Tours Sri Lanka. Travellers can use the services of the tour provider to plan excursions in and out of Colombo. As an added feature of the Fashion Week a standing scooter ride was also introduced to the guests, making it an affordable and easy mode of transport.
