Travel Agents Portal Launched by SriLankan Airlines – A Key Tool for Travel Agents

At its Agents Appreciation Awards this year, SriLankan Airlines launched a travel agents portal featuring up-to-date and comprehensive details along with other useful information for travel agents. This was highlighted on the ColomboPage news website on 20th June 2022 which revealed that the idea of the portal came from the airline’s Sri Lanka sales team; it was developed in-house and showed the value SriLankan Airlines places on travel agencies that make significant contributions for tourism and travel.

The portal features five easy-to-use sections namely COVID-19 Restrictions, Product, Policies & Procedures, Circulars and Promotions. Providing end-to-end solutions, it also has up-to-date information including the latest regulations by international and local authorities which will be useful for travel agents.
