The Maldives is one of the main countries in the world which took brave measures in terms of resuming travel and tourism amidst the pandemic. The island nation was opened for international travellers in July 2020, and there on, they have been taking measures to make travelling easier.
The Maldives tourism authorities recently came up with the ‘3V Tourism’ plan (Visit, Vaccinate, and Vacation) where any traveller can come to the Maldives, get him/herself vaccinated in the Maldives, and then holiday freely without any fears. Maldives luxury hotels the likes of Adaaran Club Rannalhi believe that with these flexible protocols, tourists will be more encouraged to visit the destination with full confidence. The Government also plans to further ease the regulations for those who have already got themselves vaccinated.
