TRI-ZEN Celebrates Topping Off Ceremony – Introducing novel living

It is customary for builders across the world to celebrate the completion of large architectural structures for their projects with a Topping Off Ceremony. Recently, after much hard work and a host of challenges amid the pandemic, John Keells Properties (JKP) managed to complete all three towers of the much-awaited TRI-ZEN apartments. JKP is now one step closer to revolutionizing living in Colombo. The ceremony was kept private and only attended by the senior management of JKP and representatives from other development partners involved in the project.

This apartment complex in Colombo will consist of 891 smart apartments including about 35 extra amenities to be enjoyed by residents. Amenities will include two gymnasiums, two pools, function rooms, a rooftop badminton court, and much more. JKP hopes to hand over apartments to customers in 2023.
