Truffle Melbourne Begins Next Month
A Celebration of All Things Truffle!
Billed as the largest celebration of truffles in Australia, Truffle Melbourne is set to launch next month in keeping with the 2022 fresh truffle season. One of the key events will be held at Queen Victoria Market close to properties like Oaks Melbourne on Lonsdale Suites; this free festival weekend will play host to the biggest truffle celebration outside of Europe from 18th to 19th June 2022 and can be easily enjoyed by those staying at nearby Melbourne hotel apartments. Amongst the highlights will be delectable truffle treats, be it crepes, pizzas or soups.
The Queen Victoria Market event will additionally include varied entertainment, a showcase of hunting skills by two truffle dogs and truffle cocktails too. The festival programme that runs through the winter truffle season will also feature regional weekend truffle hunts including at the Truffle Paddock in Gippsland and special truffle dining delights at partner restaurants.
