Ubud Food Festival 5th June – 7th June – a three day culinary journey

The Ubud food festival will be taking place from the 5th to 7th June 2015. The event will focus on diversifying the food culture of Indonesia. The food festival will feature workshops, film screenings, panel discussions, food tours as well as dinners and many more special events. The festival which is an inaugural event in Ubud is a brainchild of the Writer’s and reader’s festival of Ubud. Those attending the event and are in search of accommodation could consider staying at one of the luxury hotels Bali has in store such as Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran that is in close proximity to the event venue.

The festival will feature industry professionals such as international restaurateurs and celebrated chefs. Some of the speakers who will attend the Ubud Food Festival include Amanda Niode, who is the Chair of Omar Niode Foundation and Indonesian Ambassador at the World Food Travel Association and Antoine Olivain a renowned wine expert. If you are a foodie or a chef taking part in this three day culinary journey is a must try out.
