A fun and enriching culinary event that can be enjoyed by the whole family, a special interactive cooking class was recently unveiled at Chatrium Golf Resort Soi Dao Chanthaburi. The hands-on lesson gives participants a chance to learn how to make some classic Thai dishes set amidst the idyllic lakeside setting of this hotel Chanthaburi has to offer. A feature of this cooking class is the fact that the vegetables and ingredients used are sourced from the property’s own nursery farm.
As part of the class, participants can choose two main courses and their own appetizer. Among the items that one can learn to make are green curry with chicken and coconut shoots, stir-fried boar made with chilli paste and cardamom and braised pork ribs accompanied by egg noodles. The cost of the class is THB 1,800 for two adults and one child.
