The prestigious luxury travel and lifestyle magazine, Conde Nast Traveller has released the results of its annual Readers Choice Awards, with several of Vietnam’s leading hotels and resorts making it onto the exclusive list. Vietnam has increasingly become renowned for its growing luxurious resorts around the country with several added to the “Top Hotels in Southeast Asia (excluding Bangkok and Singapore)” list whilst some Hoi An accommodation like the colonial inspired, chic Anantara Hoi An Resort was included in the “Best Resorts in Asia” list. Over 128,000 people took part in the 2016 edition of the Readers Choice Awards, the highest number recorded in its 28 year history. Readers evaluate properties based on a set of criteria using a standard five-point rating system. Each property has to acquire a minimum number of results to be eligible for the awards.
