Weightlifting World Cup 2024 Held in Phuket – Island Successfully Hosts Key Event

The curtain fell on the 2024 IWF (International Weightlifting Federation) World Cup, which took place from 31st March to 11th April in Thailand’s Phuket province. It took place at the Phuket Rajabhat University with the backing of the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT); the event showcased the island’s growing stature as a host for prestigious sporting competitions, alongside offering getaways at properties like SAii Laguna Phuket where guests can enjoy Bang Tao Beach accommodation and many exciting experiences.
