An ideal yoga practice to study your mind and body! Yin Yang Yoga, one-day yoga session was held on 7th October 2018 at Nomad Yoga, Quang Nam, Vietnam. Organized by Herban Myth, the session was conducted in two phases. From 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM the participants were able to follow Yang session which was about enhancing body strength through an energizing Ashtanga style flow. The second phase was conducted by the famous yoga instructor Cheri Neal and it was about Pranayama and Yoga Nidra yoga styles. After each yoga session, the attendees had the opportunity to participate in the Q and A session conducted by the veteran instructors. Those who were staying at many a Hoi An hotel close to the venue such as Anantara Hoi An Resort were able to take part in ‘Yin Yang Yoga’ session to cultivate awareness on restoring balance in mind and body.
