GoAir Plans to Expand its International Destinations by Entering Maldives – GoAir Goes International!

The local budget Indian airline, GoAir is about to go international with its first flight from Mumbai to Phuket. It has also been mentioned by the airline that bookings for the new route will commence soon. The commercial airliner is owned by a company called the Wadia group and it became eligible for overseas operations before two years. But the airline was waiting for its 20th air craft to start international travel with its full capacity. With this announcement GoAir became the 5th domestic carrier to have global operations. Reliable sources also mentioned that the airline is also planning to add Maldives to their list of destinations.  This is certainly good news for Maldives resort properties the likes of Anantara Veli Maldives Resort since more flights means more guest and eventually more profits.
