Tourism Authority of Thailand Plans to Promote Chiang Rai Tourism through New Travel Routes – More Routes More Opportunities!

Speaking at a media briefing, the director of the tourism authority of Thailand Chiang Rai; Karuna Dechatiwong, stated that the tourism authority has plans to construct new travel routes that will be connecting southern beach resorts in Thailand with Chiang Rai and the proposals are about to be forwarded to the government very soon. This idea of establishing new travel routes originated as a part of the country extensively developing new ways to improve the industry of tourism, Chiang Rai being one of the main tourist destinations in Thailand is home to a myriad of Chiang Rai hotels and resorts the likes of Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort and the establishment of these new routes will be a great opportunity for the resort properties which lies between the routes.
