$100 Million Culinary Investment Fund in Abu Dhabi – A Great Initiative to Help World-Class Culinary Brands

The Department of Culture and Tourism in Abu Dhabi recently initiated an Abu Dhabi Culinary Investment Fund (ADCIF) to support world-class culinary brands to enhance their experience and attract local and foreign customers to the city. The department is co-investing with local partners to provide incentives to top chefs, restaurants, and culinary institutes to help them enter the market.

This investment is a crucial part of the ongoing process of elevating the culinary experience across the emirate landscapes. The initiative will increase the diversity of culinary expertise and hotspots in the city to provide an amazing dining experience for those who visit Abu Dhabi. For those who stay at 5-star hotels in Abu Dhabi such as the famous Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara, they can anyway expect elevated dining experiences in the near future as well.
