As part of a celebration of the 53rd birthday of Singapore, Porta is offering a delectable 6-course meal in this special restaurant promotion. Singapore is known for its scintillating seafood dishes, which can be enjoyed at this two-day event held at the main dining venue of Park Hotel Clarke Quay. Titled “6-Course Marine Treasures”, this promotion sees Porta joining hands with Ah Hua Kelong, a local fish farm that specialises in seafood that is locally-farmed sans the use of chemicals or growth hormones.
Taking place on 15th and 16th August, the event will have two seating periods; one between 6:30pm and 8:30pm and the other from 8:30pm to 10:30pm. The menu has been put together by Alex Phan, Porta’s Executive Chef, who will infuse European culinary techniques with traditional herbs and spices to create a veritable seafood feast.
