Hotel Asia Exhibition & International Culinary Challenge 2015 in Maldives

The 11th edition of the annual Hotel Asia Exhibition Culinary Challenge is scheduled to be held on 18th to 21st of September 2015. The event which will be held at the Dharubaaruge Exhibition Hall, Male is endorsed by the Ministry of Tourism Maldives with the Sri Lanka Maldives Bilateral Business Council and the National Chamber of Exporters of Sri Lanka. Those planning to attend the event and in search of Island Resorts in Maldives could consider a stay at a featured resort in the region such as Maalifushi by COMO, Maldives. A must attend event by the industry professionals consist of number of competitions. The reason for hosting such an event is to strengthen and showcase the culinary skills of those involved in the hotel industry. Event has already sold out 15000 square feet of exhibition space and will honour the skills in 19 categories with 4 main awards.
