‘Covid-resilient’ Singapore aims to start quarantine-free travel – Access to travel leisurely again

Singapore expects at least 80% of its total population will be fully vaccinated by October 2021, and this will help them to start quarantine-free travel. According to the Finance Minister of Singapore, the country should not be waiting until the entire population is fully vaccinated to make this decision. According to him, fully vaccinated travellers from countries where the COVID 19 is under control will be allowed to visit Singapore through specially designed travel corridors.

Those properties offering serviced accommodation in Singapore the likes of Somerset Bencoolen Singapore will also most likely start welcoming international guests under special health and safety arrangements when this decision comes into action. The public health officials and tourism authorities will be constantly monitoring the operations, and change the policies and regulations as and when required with the objective of controlling the risks.
