A Gastronomic Sensory Dining Experience “In The Dark” At Alila Diwa Goa

A sensorial experience that heightens your senses, especially taste, Dine in the Dark is a unique dining journey at Alila Diwa Goa which leaves patrons literally in the dark! Held at the award winning Spice Studio restaurant at this boutique hotel Goa has to offer, this special experience is set in a venue that is completely in the dark meaning guests will have to guess as to what dish they are eating. The meal compromises of a non-vegetarian or vegetarian “thali” which is an Indian speciality featuring a number of dishes. The menu is constantly changed so no two dining experiences will be the same. The absence of sight acts to help patrons enjoy the distinct flavours in a whole new way and since the meal is in darkness till a particular item is put into the mouth, one never knows what sort of taste it will be; savoury, spicy or sweet.
