A new Chef de Cuisine for The Beach House – Culinary excellence

Giorgio Minone, a young Italian chef has been appointed as the chef de cuisine to head the culinary operations at The Beach House. The beach House is a Thai-inspired restaurant in Palm Jumeirah that offers cherishing moments to its guests. It’s owned by Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort that is world-renowned for its Thai-influenced hospitality services.

Chef Minnone has 8+ years of experience in the field, and over 5 years of experience in Dubai. He is expected to bring culinary experience to The Palm with his new appointment. He possesses a diploma in culinary and hospitality, and he even has run his own place called ‘Camogli’ to improve his skills and experience. He has expressed his delight to join a world-class hospitality chain, and also has stated that he aims to craft more authentic dishes with unique features.
