A new partnership between Bangkok Airways and Singapore Airlines – Codesharing between giants of aviation

Two aviation giants of the world, Bangkok Airways and Singapore Airlines, have announced a new partnership to provide more travel options for consumers of both Singapore and Thailand via codesharing. The practice, commonly engaged between members of the aviation industry, allows passengers to book their flights and make reservations in a single booking – significantly easing the experience.

Simplified as a shared business arrangement, it allows for convenience and increased tourism numbers for both countries as the travel experience is streamlined – examples being hotels in the Geyland area of Singapore such as the popular Hotel 81 Joy – and other businesses in Thailand as well – would enjoy increased amounts of business from the influx of travellers between the countries.
