Air Transat to make travel between Morocco and Canada more feasible – Agreements drawn between two countries

Air Transat has introduced an enticing offer, inviting Canadians to create “unforgettable memories and authentic discoveries” in Morocco, highlighting the airline’s commitment to providing a pathway for unique experiences. As part of this initiative, Air Transat is offering five distinct tours, showcasing various tourist destinations including Kasbah and Oasis, Marrakech, Fez, imperial cities, and a Grand tour of Morocco. This announcement follows a significant agreement between Air Transat and Morocco’s National Office of Tourism.

The signing of the agreement positions Air Transat as the exclusive airline in North America offering direct flights to Marrakech. The route is scheduled to operate twice a week during the summer season, with Marrakech becoming the primary departure city for tours or combined trips, solidifying its status as a key hub for Canadian travellers going on an explore Morocco trip. These developments could potentially mean increased business and revenue for such hospitality brands as La Maison Arabe Marrakech.
