A new airline service is about to be launched by AirAsia Group Bhd from Kota Kinabalu (KK) to Bangkok, Thailand from Aug 16, 2018. It is the airline’s ninth route connecting Malaysia and Thailand. This new flight route enables foreign tourists and locals to travel directly to Thailand’s capital. Bangkok as we all know is a booming tourist destination and it is home to number of resorts ranging from cheap and affordable hotels to star class hotels like Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort and many places of interests. The new airline route allows tourists and locals travel to Bangkok without a hassle and of low cost.
The airline flies to Bangkok thrice a week and would be operated by Air Asia Thailand, with promotional all-in-fares starting from RM99 one way for travels between Aug 16, 2018, and Aug 13, 2019. The Airline also recommended that you book your Bangkok resort prior to your arrival as tourist foot fall is high during this period.
