Ametsa with Arzak Instruction Ranked Among Top 50 Best Restaurants in London

Offering a unique luxury dining London experience in the English capital, Ametsa with Arzak Instruction has been named as one of Bookatable’s Top 50 Best Restaurants in London. Located at The Halkin by COMO, London which belongs to COMO Hotels and Resorts, this Michelin Starred restaurant specialises in the Basque cuisine of Spain. Amongst its founders is Juan Mari Arzak and his daughter Elena Arzak who has the distinction of being voted Veuve Clicquot World’s Best Female Chef, 3 years ago.

Amongst the distinct items on the menu are “quick-changing squid” and “from egg to chicken”, while dishes such as suckling pig on carob crumbs, ox cheeks with vanilla and spider crab salad are some of the other available items. As part of collaboration between the duo, this father and daughter team also started the Arzak restaurant in the city of San Sebastian in Spain which has garnered 3 Michelin Stars.
