Apart from the classic Mai Tai, patrons can also savour such distinctive concoctions as the Twisted Mai Tai which comes with a Margarita, a Cold Infused Mai Tai that features wild berries, Earl Grey tea and peppermint and the Aged Mai Tai which is actually prepared one week in advance and kept in a barrel made from Polynesian oak that lends it a unique flavour. As an added bonus, after brunch, patrons can get lessons on how to mix the original style Mai Tai from Mr. Ramirez himself.
