Anantara Siam Bangkok announces key culinary appointments at Thailand’s flagship Hotel

Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas made an announcement that four culinary experts were appointed at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, the group’s flagship hotel. Jeremy Jouan, Executive Chef; Anupong Nulchawee, Cluster Executive Pastry Chef, Kevin Montorafano, Chef de Cuisine, Biscotti Restaurant; and Alexander Castaldi; Executive Sous Chef are now part of the major hotel brand that stands out in the tourist accommodation sector with some of the best restaurants in Bangkok.

Jeremy Jouan started his career in his home country, France, at a Michelin star restaurant; during his career, he worked in London, New York, Morocco, and Dubai.  Kevin Montorafano, a Swiss national, began his profession as a Commis chef in Lugano. From there, he travelled to London and Dubai where he was able to hone his skills. Anupong Nulchawee, born in Thailand, has always been under the spotlight for his culinary achievements. He started his culinary journey at Chakri Bongkot Palace in Pathum Thai as a personal chef for the Thai Royal Family. Last but not least, Alexander Castaldi joins the group with a diversity of skills acquired from his previous position as Executive Sous Chef Avani+Riverside Bangkok Hotel; he holds a diploma in hospitality catering from Lycée Hotelier de Marseille, and he was mentored by Chef Alain Senderen, a star in the culinary industry.
