Attracting over 250 entries from hotels and resorts from all continents, the event featured a judging panel consisting of social media experts and HOTELS editors. Among the aspects that were admired about the hotel’s Facebook page were a new hotel concierge service offering a real time source of valuable holiday information and some creative initiatives including applications that helped to ease the reservation process.
