ASEAN International Fleet Reviews – A gathering of all nations!
The Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization together with the Pattaya Local Administrative Organization is presenting the ASEAN International Fleet Review 2017 this November. The ASEAN International Fleet Review will be held as part of the celebrations to mark the 50th anniversary of ASEAN. The Royal Thai Navy has merged the 11the ASEAN Navy Chief’s Meeting, the first ASEAN Multilateral Naval Exercise and the ASEAN International Fleet Review into a single event. This historic event is scheduled to be held from the 13th to 22nd of November in Pattaya and other famous tourist destinations that can be found closer to the city. Those who are interested in taking part in this event or similar ones can consider staying at a Pattaya beach resort that is located within close proximity to the venue, such as AVANI Pattaya Resort & Spa. The event will see the participation of over 40 ships from different countries and will also feature several activities to boost Thai culture and economy such as a seafood festival and a Loy Krathong event.
