Atmosphere Kanifushi serves up ‘just veg’ experience – A Distinct Gastronomic Experience 

Vegetarians and vegans out there are going to love the “Just Veg” experience at Atmosphere Kanifushi introduced as part of the culinary projects based on plant-inspired gastronomy. This year too, a well-known chef Fabrizio Marino is heading to Maldives all the way from Ristorante Maggese located in Tuscany to present this experience to guests at this hotel.

This gastronomic experience will be taking place on the 20th and the 26th of October at this all inclusive hotel in Maldives. The hotel provides travellers with the perfect opportunity to indulge in iconic dishes like BBQ watermelon and Curry Rice with coconut yoghurt and curry leaves. The theme this year focuses on the hyperlocal ingredients from the resort’s island including fruits and herbs planted by Chef Fabrizio himself. What’s more? For the very first time, the “Just Veg” festival will have a wonderful selection of wines as well.
