Oman’s tourism sector is set to expand its digital presence through a partnership with Attraction World Group (AWG), a distributor of travel experiences and attractions. Visit Oman plans to utilize AWG’s robust digital infrastructure to enhance the reach and accessibility of tourism offerings, particularly those provided by small and medium enterprises in the country.
The collaboration aims to provide distribution opportunities for experiences, attractions, tours, and activities within the country, offering Visit Oman’s partners immediate access to AWG’s expansive global network. The initiative seeks to boost Oman’s tourism sector and promote a wide range of travel experiences to a global audience. While Sur Plaza, a well-known Sur hotel in Oman already has a strong online presence, putting Oman as a destination on the digital map is sure to bring in more tourists to the country.
