Australia removed the international travel ban for fully vaccinated citizens from 1st November 2021 – Restrictions Eased for Citizens and Tourists

As of the 1st of November 2021, Australia lifted its outbound travel ban for fully vaccinated Australian residents. In tandem with the rigorous vaccination drive, major cities are gearing up to slowly welcome tourists to the land down under once again. However, the relaxation in travel restrictions varies from state to state so travellers should most definitely read up on the latest travel advice before they pack their bags.

Whilst New South Wales and Victoria welcomed quarantine-free entry to all international travellers from November, Queensland was not quick to jump on this bandwagon.  For anyone entering Queensland from any other state in Australia or overseas must apply for a Queensland entry pass.
