In an online publication of The New York Times on 27th September 2022, Avani Chaweng Samui Hotel & Beach Club was featured among the “10 New Standout Hotels in Asia”. Ideally located on the popular Chaweng Beach, this hotel in Samui was noted for a design inspired by “mid-century modernism” and brings to mind the 1950s era of Florida’s Miami and Palm Beach. The property features 80 unique suites and rooms; these include Groovy Sea View Suites that come with vinyl record players and idyllic views from their balconies and Funky Poolside Rooms offering terraces that lead to a pool in the courtyard.
Also of note is that the happening SEEN Beach Club Samui is right next door; it offers a retro-style venue by the shore in which guests can look forward to performances from live bands, pool parties and DJs spinning the hottest tracks, while delectable delights are on offer too. The Social Bar which serves yummy comfort food and drinks and a well-equipped fitness centre, both of which are open 24/7, are some of the other highlights at the hotel.
