Creating a state-of-the-art experience for visitors seems to be the goal here as AVANI starts their second project in Australia. The 55 storey building is due to be completed by August and will include unique features such as an indoor swimming pool, two outdoor spas and three outdoor spaces with inbuilt seating and BBQs for entertainment. Furthermore, the hotel will have 456 rooms, a gym, an outdoor area with sun lounges, two theatres and a library.
Alejandro Bernabe, Vice President, Operations AVANI Hotels & Resorts mentioned that they are satisfied with their growth in Australia and with their progress with AVANI Central Melbourne Residencies, and would like the brand to make its mark worldwide. With booming success from AVANI Atrium Bangkok and other hotels in the chain, the management is confident that they can achieve this long-term goal. For all those who book hotels online and are preparing a vacation to Australia will have an extra choice to opt for in August.
